I recently lost my wife of 40 years, this is the not surprising reason my puzzle constructing has been sporadic over the last few months. Today’s is the first puzzle I’ve constructed since her passing and the theme just evolved from where my head was — in general, I try to use these midis almost like blog posts representing my current life and this one is about as honest of a puzzle as I have made in that vein. The theme came together rather quickly once I knew where it was going.
